Access to Work can help people get or stay in work if they have a physical or mental condition or disability. It does not replace or pay for Reasonable Adjustments.
It can help fund support, including:
- A grant to help pay for support
- Support with managing mental health at work
- Payment towards communication support at job interviews
- Assistive equipment, tools and software
- Support workers
- Transport costs
- Vehicle adaptations
- Physical changes to the workplace
- Training
- Specialist coaching
